Richard Rosini Obituary
Richard Rosini, 56, of New Fairfield, Connecticut, passed away on November 29th, 2024 in Danbury. Richard was born Yonkers, New York to Anna Marie Rosini on September 6, 1968. He went to school in New Fairfield. He married Shirley Zawadka on August 2, 2008 in Danbury, he graduated from New Fairfield High School and worked as a Correction Officer at FCI Danbury for 18 Years. He was a veteran of Iraqi War and served in the Army 94th Military Police Company. He enjoyed going to dog parks, walking our Dog's Hunter and Josie, playing poker and being a mentor. Richard is preceded in death by his mother Anna Marie Rosini, sister Denise Rosini. Richard is survived by his wife Shirley Rosini and many uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 18th, 2025 at (a local VFW to be determined later). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Local Animal Shelters. The family of Richard Rosini wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Castle Point VA in New York, St. Lukes and Montefiore Hospital in New York and Danbury Hospital. I'm so very sorry for your tremendous loss..it's been many years since I've seen Rich we were friends from many years ago I was very saddened to hear of his passing may he rest in eternal peace so sorry for such a tremendous loss
