I knew Randy since we were kids at Lincoln School. For the last several years, I would run into him often as we both took walks in the morning around town. I will miss saying hi to him. Condolences to his family and friends.

I served many years on the City Council with Randy. He was a good man who cared for the City of Mendota.
My sincere condolences.
