Thomas Kinney Obituary
Tom was born on July 19, 1942 in Roselle, New Jersey to Grace and Thomas Kinney, Sr. He spent most of his life in New Jersey before moving to Waynesboro VA in 1990.
Prior to his retirement, he was a pressman at The News Virginian for 8 years and also at Target Distribution.
Tom was predeceased by his parents, an infant son, a brother Melvin and sister Grace.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Anastatia Kinney, of Crimora; daughters, Cheryl Cuomo of Florida, Barbara Harris of Ohio, and son Thomas Kinney Jr. of Florida; step children, Anastatia McCauley, Patrick McCauley, and Elizabeth Martin and Janet McCauley; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his loyal companion Mabel.
Tom was an avid antique collector, with a special love of postcards. He was a regular at the Waynesboro Flea Market and a die hard Yankees fan.
At his request, there will be no formal service. The family will have a memorial gathering on March 24,2024 from noon-3pm at the home of his stepdaughter , Anne McCauley at 74 Meadow Rue Ln, Crimora Va. Friends and family are invited to come share a story and coffee, just as Tom would have wanted.

I recollect when you lived on Florence Ave. in Waynesboro. My late wife, Elizabeth, and I lived a couple houses down. We always enjoyed visiting with you. My prayers are with you at this time.
