Alexis Brown Obituary

Alexis D. Brown, 33, of Hamden, entered eternal rest on September 1, 2017. Born in New Haven, CT, July 12, 1984, she was a daughter of Clarence Brown, Jr. and Harriet Brown. Alexis was employed at Kohl's as a Cashier. She was a member of Covenant Life Ministries in Stratford where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish loving memories a brother, Clarence Brown, III; sister, Adrianne P. Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service to celebrate Alexis' life will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Church on the Rock, 95 Hamilton St., New Haven. Online guestbook available at curvinkcouncil.com

I was so honored and lucky to have gotten to know Alexis and be her friend. She was such a great friend to me. She was so kind to me and everyone around her. Her smile would brighten anyone's day and she would always cheer you up and she definitely brightened everyone's spirit. I miss her so much. She will always live on in my memories EVERY DAY. I cherish every memory with her. Not a day will go by that I won't think of Alexis. My sincere condolences go out to the family during this tough time.
