Dear Betty,
I've just learned of Dan's passing and wish to extend my condolences to you and your family.
I worked with Dan on a great number of dignitary protection assignments and other issues of mutual interest.
He was an extremely intelligent and dedicated SS Agent and it was always a honor and pleasure to be working with him.
He was one of those special law enforcement persons who made all of us on the mission with him proud of our chosen profession.
May he rest in peace.

Dear Betty,
Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of Dan.
I was deeply saddened when heard the news. While I was at Yale University, I enjoyed a working with Dan as the SAC of the New Haven Office. He had an outstanding career in law enforcement and was a credit to his agency and our country.
His passing is a loss to all who knew him. I will certainly miss him.
