DAVID COOK Obituary

COOK, DAVID At home on Saturday, May 9, 2015 , David Cook,59, of West Haven, departed this life with his family by his side. Born in New Haven on February 16, 1956, he is the son of Anne J. Mark and James J. Cook of Florida. David was employed at Covidien in North Haven for twenty four years until his illness. He leaves to cherish his memory, his step son Evan Corbin and half brothers, Daniel Burns and Robert Burns. He was preceded in death by his brother James Cook. Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 12th, 10 o’clock am at The First United Methodist Church, Second Ave., West Haven. There will be no calling hours. Condolences may be sent to Rose Cook, 17 North St., West Haven, CT 06516.
