Dwight Daniels Obituary

DANIELS, DWIGHT E. Dwight E. Daniels, 65, of West Haven, died at the Veteran's Administration Hospital after a brief illness on May 14, 2012. Dwight was born on October 11, 1946 in Durham, NC. He was the son of the late Arthur Daniels of Apex, NC and Lydia Sue Hedgepeth Daniels of Durham, NC. Dwight was born on October 11, 1946 in Durham, NC. He is survived by a brother Percy C. Daniels of Mt Vernon, NY and three sisters Lydia L. Daniels of New Haven, CT, Stephanie M. Daniels Shealy of Waterbury, CT and Lennora A. Daniels of Jacksonville, FL. He is also predeceased by three brothers James A. Daniels of Durham, NC, Andre M. Daniels of Durham, NC, and Lennis Daniels of New Haven, CT. Dwight worked for the Jewish Home of the elderly in New Haven CT, where he was a Minister and counselor to the elderly. Dwight also served in the Military and loved being a veteran. Private Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Connecticut Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Middletown CT.

It's hard to say to you Uncle Dwight, but I know you are in a better place where there is no more pain and suffering. George, Erin and I will forever love and miss you and the good times we shared. Although I feel you left us much too soon, I know God had a plan for your life and now you are dancing with the angels!
