So sad to hear this. I was under Jeff's nutrition and workout guidance in 2012-2013 before I moved out of state. May he rest in peace. So sorry for his wife and family's loss.

We are so sorry and shocked to hear this. Jeff was the kindest person and always greeted us with a smile when we came into the gym. He made it such a family atmosphere, and made you feel welcome not matter the fitness level! You will be in our prayers....
