THOMAS, KEITH MICHAEL Keith Michael Thomas, 45, of Long Beach, CA and formerly of Enfield, CT died unexpectedly from the results of a motorcycle accident on July 6th. Keith was born July 17, 1965, in New Haven, CT and resided in Enfield most of his life. Keith was currently working as a Database Administrator for Walnut Computing in California and his life long career was in the computer industry, which was also one of his favorite hobbies. His passions were gaming and riding his motorcycle. Keith was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and loved riding his bike on the open road. He also spent his time in the gym weight lifting and working out. Keith is survived by his mother, Sallyann (Schiavone) Cooley and her husband, John of Enfield, his father, August Heltke and his wife, Patricia of Wallingford and their children, Mary Beth and Lauren; his siblings, Ralph Thomas and his wife, Victoria, of Somers, CT, Marlene Thomas and her significant other, Mark DiBella of Enfield, CT, John Cooley and his significant other, Erin Collins of Bethel, ME, Erica Basile and her husband, John of East Longmeadow, MA, Marcie Scalia of North Branford, CT and Mark Thomas and his wife, Danna of Milford, CT; his fiance, Marivic Dadizon of the Philippines; his grandmother, Christine Schiavone; his special nephews Cameron and Rickey and several other beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Keith was predeceased by a father, Marshall Thomas. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your local humane society. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Friday, July 15, 2011, from 4-7 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. A funeral service for Keith will be celebrated on Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 10 am at Holy Trinity Church, 383 Hazard Ave., Enfield. (Please meet at the church).
