Still hard to believe that you are gone. You always had a smile no matter how hard you worked or how tired you were. Out of the three building engineers, Kevin you were the quietest one. Yet, you were the one who said something slick and quick. I'm so used to seeing you in the building. It's hard not knowing that we will never see you again.Rest in peace.

There are no words that could possibly bring you comfort in this loss. Kevin was such a warm, wonderful person. We are so happy that you found each other and spent your lives together raising your beautiful children and that we were able to share some of those memories with you. Kevin, You were a great man, a wonderful father and a loving husband. Even though you have touched so many other lives, I feel blessed that I am one of the lucky ones who was able to call you not only a friend, but also family. You always made me laugh. When I was going through one of the hardest times in my life, you still made me smile. I want you to know I appreciate that. I am going to miss you, not only because you were my friend, but because I could not have wished for a better partner for my best friend. I love you and miss you very much. I know God has a plan, I just don't understand it.. but I do know we will see you again someday friend.

I see way to much of this in my profession. But never really sinks in till its a friend and how a life can change. kevin will always be with you. We love you, we will never forget you, and you mean so much to us. You never really appreciate something until it's taken away from you, and we are sorry we didn't show you more how much you meant to us. You were a great Dad and you were always here for us when we needed you. You took care of us the best way possible, with lots of love.

Kevin, My precious husband, I don't know why God had to take you from Kyla, Kevin Jr and I. We miss you so much, your laugh, your smile and your caring ways. We don't know how to live without you. You were a kind, loving and hard working man and you only wanted what was best for us. You took great care of us, our home and our dogs(who are also lost without you). I wish we had more time with you, I know you knew how much we loved you too. I will always love, honor and respect you and all our memeories. I will keep them alive for our children.

To my extended family: Faye, Darryl, JoJo, Joseph & the entire Rascoe Family: I don't have the words to express how broken my heart is upon hearing the news about Kevin. He had that devlish smile & laugh that would make a bad day great! Know that this entire family is praying for your strength during this difficult hour. We have to rest in knowing that we loved him, but God loved him best! Thank you for wonderful memories Kevin.
