How very sorry I am to just learn of Linda's passing. Linda was an exemplary role model and friend to me as I began my first principalship. Such a kind, gracious lady and true professional. We stayed in touch (too infrequently) over
over the decades,
but I know how she
treasured her family above all. Truly Linda's was a life well lived.

Linda was lovely and kind as we worked at the Middle School. We all appreciated that. I'll always remember her sweet smile.

I met Linda well into her retirement and was blessed to know her. A true educator with many wise words of advice and wonderful memories of her days in the classroom and as an administrator. Her family was always foremost in her mind although with so many activities it was hard to believe that this little lady in stature could manage to do so much. Her family was truly blessed with such a great role model of resilience and stamina. I was honored to have known her.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Amarante and Jacobson family for the loss of their mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Linda was exemplary in every role.
Throughout the past 22 years, we shared great joys, tragic loss, and wonderful grandchildren. Our relationship was always a special blend of family and friendship that holds her close in our hearts.
A very special lady in so many ways. she was well respected. generous, kind, wise, to name a few. We say goodbye for now; rest in the peace of Christ, Linda; you shall be greatly missed.

Deepest sympathy extended to the Amarante and Jacobson families, along with regrets that I may actually no longer be part of the family 'neighborhood' there in person. Many fond memories of Aunt Linda, as I'm sure the whole family shares something of your sorrow, Stephen. The peace of Christmas wished you all.
