Its amazing how much of an impact a 6 year old boy can have even on complete strangers, Matty you are 1 in a million, raised by a great, loving set of parents. Your strength and courage only outshined by your happiness and personality. The world is a better place to everyone that has ever known you. Al and Melissa, stay strong, Matty is in Heaven continuing the work he started here, and you need to be strong and proud, just as he was. We all love you, and are here for you, together, we can all get through this.

Al and Melissa, I remember meeting Matty for the first time in Green Acres PreK then at Montowese School. Your son always was smiling and making every one around him his friend. I know Sean and Ellie P. talk about him often and I am proud to say that I met a remarkable child through them. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and hope that seeing how loved he was will give you strength when you feel you have none. Bless your family.

I saw his story on channel 8 and prayed that his heart transplant would make him better. I never met him, but when I saw him on tv you couldn't help but love him- he was such a cute kid! I cried when I heard the news. May he rest in peace.
