Matthew Nolan Obituary
Matthew Poli Nolan, 41, of North Haven, loving husband of Jennifer (Kendall) Nolan, passed away on April 4, 2025. He was born in New Haven on March 6, 1984, a son of Timothy and Ellyn (Shields) Nolan. Besides his wife and parents, Matthew leaves his daughters Annie Lynn and Katie Ellyn Nolan; brothers Timothy Poli Nolan Jr. and his wife Diana, Adam Poli Nolan and his wife Jennifer; mother-in-law Marita Roddy; sister-in-law Krissy Kendall; and nieces and nephews Bridget, Owen, Molly, Blake and Bryce Nolan.
Friends are invited to visit with Matthew's family on Thursday April 10, 2025 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave. Hamden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday April 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul VI Parish/St. Rita Church, 1620 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Matthew's memory may be made to help support his family through the Go Fund Me link: Fundraiser by Marita Roddy : Help Matt's Family Heal and Rebuild. So sorry to learn of Matt´s passing. He had great spirit as evidenced by the beautiful decorations for every holiday at his home. Millbrook was very lucky to have him as a neighbor. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Matt's sudden passing. He was such a lovely man. So genuine, patient and knowledgeable. A true gentleman. Matt assisted my family with the sale of a family home after we lost our Mom. He knew exactly what to say and do and guided us safely through the process and we are eternally grateful.
