Patrick Forde Obituary
Patrick Forde (Panama), 95 of New Haven passed away Dec. 19, 2020. He was born Sept. 8, 1925 in Barbados. He was the beloved husband of Ethel for over 50 years. He was the son of the late Iris K. Rogers.
Patrick leaves to cherish his memories his wife Ethel Ford; daughters Yvette, Melvina, Patricia Ford; sons Patrick Ford Jr. & Enrique Scott; beloved granddaughter Ashunti Ford along with a host of nieces, nephews grandchildren & great-grandchildren who loved him dearly.
A celebration of life will be held Wed., Dec. 30, 2020 at 2 p.m at McClam Funeral Home, 95 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT 06511. Calling hours 1 p.m. until time of service. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Services of comfort entrusted to McClam Funeral Home. Services will be Livestreamed. I have heard of Patrick but unfortunately never got to meet him.
He's my (Merrick) great uncle. The week before he passed my wife had done research in finding him, she did find him but before I could contact him Lindsay (my cousin) contacted me and gave me the sad news. Our deepest sympathy to the family from Merrick and wife Sheila Forde, children- Henderson & Anthony Forde, Rhonda Forde-Wright all of MA, Kathy-Ann Mayers of PA, granddaughter Kayla Forde of FL and all the family in Barbados, Canada and England. May he RIEP and rise in glory.
