My deepest condolences. I just heard today. As a classmate of his he was always there to add some comic relief to stressful situations "on the hill" at ND. God bless you all.

I'm very sorry to hear about Paul. I vividly remember him from high school. We graduated together in 1981 from ND. Paul was a great young man who was very funny and witty. He always had a smile on his face. We saw each other throughout the years from time to time and we even had some recent interaction when he decided to get into security as I'm in the same field now. He never changed throughout the years. He was still a witty, caring man who always had a smile on his face and he will be missed as every time I saw Paul he brought a smile to my face and we had a some laughs. Prayers and condolences to his family and friends as Paul will truly be missed by me and by all who knew him.

I worked with Paul in the New Haven Fire Department, he was an no nonsense firefighter who stayed cool under pressure. Paul also had heart in how he treated the public and his fellow firefighters. RIP Paul
