My condolences to Dick's family. He was always kind when I spoke with him. I can picture his smile and hear his laugh. Thank you for all you did to support and comfort others during their own time of grief. You made a positive difference.

Dick Swan.
Smart, funny, active...very active :) was happy to see you again, great smile, great handshake, good stories of past and present. Owner of many cars and a few trucks. Loved a deal, respected and admired his children's accomplishments. After my dad passed I called him my pop from another brother. He's doing it all again, just in a different place. Missed now and forever.

To the family, my deepest condolences on Dick´s passing. We met several years ago and we spoke but I did not know he was a funeral Director & in passing I spoke to him about a loved one who fell on hard times and was buried in a potters field in Hamden Connecticut (without our family, knowing anything about his passing or his burial) Dick pulled some strings and went above and beyond anything imaginable, and he was able to oversee my relatives re-interment in another cemetery in the New Haven area. Even though he did not know me well & his firm was in the Shoreline/Madison area, he oversaw the process and my family received the closure knowing that my uncle was happy at his final resting place. We are most certain that he received many rewards in heaven. Thank you so much, Mr. Swan.
