Robert Sandmann Obituary
Robert E. Sandmann, 87, longtime resident of Milford, passed away surrounded by his loving family after a brief illness on October 4th, 2025 and earned his "second set of wings". Robert is a U.S. Naval Aviator Veteran who served during the Vietnam War, remaining enlisted for 33 faithful years.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife Carol of 66 years and their five children: Richard Sandmann, Barbara Lynch, Patricia Tohak, Suzanne Jagoe, and Kimberly Shriber.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Military Honors to follow on front lawn. There will be no cemetery procession.

There´s no real words to describe the kind of man that Bob was. Bob was a strong, honest, hardworking, loving man, I could go on and on but there truly are so many words to describe the kind of man that Bob was. Bob, we Love you and will miss you deeply.
