Nana, I’ve never met anyone besides you who genuinely cared about everyone. I’m so happy for the time we’ve spent together over the past decade. I’ll miss being your walking helper and hearing all your stories. It’s not going to be the same without you, but I know you’ll still always be watching us down here.

Nana I will always love you and I miss you lots already. I remember when I was younger my mom would drop me off and you would sit outside on your little porch while I was playing with the toys you provided for me. I especially remember the dog I would pull around and the shapes I would hit in over and over again. I also remember when you were still able to drive and you would come over to my house and let me give my dogs the treats you would bring and then I would get your walking stick so we could walk around. On the car rides with my mom, custard and brynn we would sit in the back together and sing songs and smile and take pictures. I miss you lots and I know you’re in a better place now with the person you loved most. God. Jesus loves you and so do I Nana. Rest in peace.

Sarah was one of a kind! I often referred to her as "Lady Wisdom." She had such good advice to give, whatever the situation. She was a treasure to her sisters in Carmel. No one will ever replace her wit, easy smile, and constant support. Everyone loved Sarah. She will live forever in our hearts! A Mass will be said for the repose of her soul on Oct. 25 at 5 p.m. at Aquinas House on the Dartmouth Campus, Hanover, NH.
