Shirley was a beautiful person who always seemed to have a smile and a piece of her life to share. I will miss her voice, especially when we were talking about our kids, who were everything to her. Our last memory of seeing Shirley was at Connor's graduation in June, an event that she was so proud of and wouldn't have missed for the world! I smile knowing that Shirley is watching over us all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Shirley's family and friends. We did not know Shirley well, but what we learned was this was a lady with a very beautiful heart. She was very special to our Aunt Marian O'Brien. When we went to Old Saybrook, she treated us as if we were her family. Her warm and welcoming heart will stay with us forever.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Shirleys entire family, she was a wonderful woman and good friend to us both, her smile always lighting up the room whenever she appeared. We will cherish many fond memories of trips with her from the tracks of saratoga to her driving us all thru the streets of miami frantically trying to get to the cruise ship, we will miss our cruise director dearly, may you rest in peace Shirl.

After meeting Shirley a handful of times, it was very obvious what a great person she was and how much she loved and was loved by her family and friends. She will be missed very much. My condolences to Tom and the rest of her family.

Shirley was a true friend to everyone. She wil be missed by everyone. She had a big heart & a wonderful smile. She gave & worked hard for others. When she set out to accomplice anything she always gave it her all. God has an angel with him now.
