Dear Denise and family,
We were saddened to hear the news of Tom's passing. He was a kind, loving servant who was passionate about spreading the gospel. We are so very sorry for your loss, but rejoice and celebrate his life. "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...Matt 25:21 What a blessing he has been to all. Our prayers are with all of you. Dear Denise, children & brothers & sisters of Tom: My heart goes out to you all at this time of parting by Tom to his eternal home in heaven. I know he was prepared to meet his Lord & Savior. Tom was a light for the Lord, even while here on a visit to Thomasville, GA two years ago with you. He was not ashamed of the gospel, and would converse with strangers on the sidewalk or in the stores as to how much the Lord meant to him. Denise, I am so thankful for yours and Tom's visit; and I will always cherish the memory of that visit, plus my childhood days when we were neighbors of the Holmes family in Branchville, CT, that included becoming spiritual brothers and sisters in Christ. I am so looking forward to my heavenly home where there are no tears and no goodbyes; only rejoicing in the Lord. You are in my prayers and may God give you comfort and strength today and always.
