To the Federico Family,
I grew up in Andover Twsp.Oddly enough,we never met until years later while Frank and I talked one morning in Publix where he worked in Royal Palm Beach,FL. Turns out my aunt worked under Frank at the bank in Newton.Small world.I never passed by Frank's department without a conversation. We always reflected on our times in Sussex County.I moved on from South Florida a few years ago and was unaware of Franks illnesses. My thoughts and prayers go out to Frank's family. I am so glad I got the chance to meet and get to know Frank.

Frank was my immediate supervisor at Midlantic National Bank. He was a kind, generous and fair-minded person who encouraged and supported many career advancements in the organization. It was my pleasure to have worked for him for several years.
My deepest condolences to his family.
God Bless,

I didn't know Frank A. Federico, but I had the honor of working with his daughter, Gwen, at DASI. Frank, you raised a kind, thoughtful, and compassionate daughter, distinct qualities I'm sure you instilled in her. Our condolences and prayers goes out to the family.
Love and God Bless,

Frank and I were able to cross paths for only a short time while at MidLantic National Bank. He was looking towards retirement and I was still in school and starting my career. He was a good man, a strong presence, and a strong leader. Frank used to call me into his office and just talk. He gave good advice on all fronts – sometimes work and sometimes personal – all private and all good. Whether he would ever remember his words or not I don’t know, but I have quoted him in my mind over and over again. Thank you Frank, you made a difference.
