Robert Comstock Obituary
Bob was born on May 24, 1953, in Roswell, N.M., but had resided in Hampton for many years. He worked for Chugach Industries at Picatinny Arsenal for the past nine years. Bob enjoyed classic cars, fishing, and vacations by the water. He was always helping others and was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan.
Bob was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Theresa Glasson, of Wharton.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janice, of 34 years; his son, Rob, of Andover; his daughter, Lori, of Hampton; mother, Jane Wagner, of Flanders; brother, Neal and wife, Cathy, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; sister, Holly, of Netcong; father-in-law, Ken Glasson, of Wharton; brother-in-law, Ken and wife, Gayle, of Blairstown; sister-in-law, Carol and husband, Ray, of Honeoye, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, 07860. Online condolences may be offered at www.smithmccrackenfuneralhome.com.
