Alice Schwartz Obituary
Covington - Alice V. Schwartz, 90, of Covington, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was a longtime member of St. Benedict Church and worked, years ago, for St. Elizabeth in the Cafeteria. Alice enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, Bingo and sewing. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Wilfred A. Schwartz and daughter: Karen Enlow. She is survived by her daughters: Mary (Steve) Wright-Mills, Cyndi (Gary) Britton and Gina (Bob) Glass; sons: Bill (Diana) Schwartz, Greg (Vicki) Schwartz and Todd (Angie) Schwartz; sisters: Joan Gausepohl and Sue Misleh; son-in-law: Pat Enlow; dear sister-in-law: "Sug" Sanders; 20 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 P.M. at St. Benedict Church, 338 East 17th Street, Covington, KY 41014. Interment: St. John Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Benedict Church. Online condolences may be expressed on Facebook or at ConnleyBrothersFuneralHome.com

Mrs. Schwartz and her children were the first to welcome me to Covington
and to my neighborhood. I was doing work outside on a ladder in 10 yrs ago the summer of 2008 and Mrs Schwartz came over with a glass of lemonade and
told me to come down from that ladder as "it was too hot for a lady to be working so hard". It was just a few more times that I would chat with her before she became ill. I will always remember her kindness at a time in my life when I was very hurt.

To the family & friends of Alice. I am so sorry to hear of Alice's passing. She was a warm kind mother and friend. May her family find peace in the knowledge that she has gone to be with family and may she rest in peace in God's loving arms.
