MURPHY
Allene R. Murphy, 88, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Baptist Village Care Center in Erlanger. She was a Seamstress with Progress Manufacturing. Allene was a member of GracePointe Community Church of the Nazarene in Erlanger where she sang in the church choir. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. Allene was preceded in death by her husband, J.E. Murphy (1978) and brothers, Tom and Cecil McQueary. She is survived by her sons, Ralph Murphy of Independence; Terry (Sarah) Murphy of Cincinnati; sisters, Barbara McQueary of Nicholasville, KY, Lorraine Oakes of Lancaster, KY, Flora Moberly of Miamisburg, OH; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 5:00 PM till the hour of Service at 7:00 PM all in GracePointe Community Church of the Nazarene, 1438 Cox Rd., Erlanger, KY 41018. Family and friends are invited to the committal services and entombment on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11:00AM in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the GracePointe Community Church of the Nazarene, 1438 Cox Rd., Erlanger, KY 41018. Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home serving the family.
