Andrew Tungate Obituary
Andrew Taylor Tungate, 36, of Hebron, residing in Louisville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Andrew is survived by his loving parents, Douglas Tungate, Sr. and Carla Tungate; and his brother, Douglas Tungate, Jr. He also leaves behind two nieces, Monica and Andrea; as well as, his aunt, Kim Bolton (Larry) and uncle, Mark Baldridge (Stacy). Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Stith Funeral Home, 2988 Phyllis Court, Hebron, Kentucky 41048, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Catholic Blessing will take place at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Mother of God Cemetery. Andrew's family would like to thank all of those who helped care for him over the years, particularly the staff at Hazelwood in Louisville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of donations to the Andrew Tungate Memorial Fund in care of any U.S. Bank branch. Online condolences may be left at
