Fort Thomas - Chad S. Rosen, 45, of Fort Thomas, KY passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. His father: Stephen Rosen preceded him in death. Chad is survived by his loving mother: Jane Rosen, his beloved daughter: Sage Rosen, his dear sister: Lori Bohan (Matthew), his maternal grandfather: Wayne Lunsford, and his niece: Brooke Bohan. A memorial service will be held for Chad on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11am at Highland Cemetery Chapel, 2167 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
