Karen Schneider Obituary
Karen M. - Beloved wife of Fred Schneider for 53 years. Devoted mother of Kari (Andy) L. Vara, Richard (Dawna) F. Schneider, and Carl (Dori) E. Schneider. Dear sister of Paul (Jeanne) Andersen, Charlene Olsson, and Mark (Denise) Andersen. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by her brother-in-law Kurt Olsson. Karen passed away on June 12, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Services will be held at a later date. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Kairos Prison Ministry of Ohio or the Trinity Lutheran Church Endowment Funds. Fred, I was shocked to read of Karen's passing. I thought of you both often, especially during Advent when we use the wreath that you and Karen gave me on the occasion of my wedding, twenty-six years ago. "May she rest in peace and rise in glory" and may God send His mighty angels to surround and protect you, your family and all who knew and loved her. Please keep me informed about the memorial service as I would like very much to attend.
