Mark Paul, 61, of Fort Thomas, passed away peacefully on June 2nd after a 2 year brave battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Louisville, KY. Mark was an amazing, loving, caring man with a penchant for helping others. His true passion was gardening - he was an artist and visionary in designing inspired garden spaces. He belonged to several gardening associations over the years, where he enjoyed meeting new friends and sharing gardening knowledge. He enjoyed traveling to gain inspiration and find rare plants to introduce to others. Mark lived a wonderfully full life, serving in the United States Navy. He was an estate manager, mentoring many through life and by example, a true friend to all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Madeline (Isaacs) Paul. He is survived by his dedicated loving husband Doug Loerich, his beloved siblings David Page, Marilyn Wilson, Joan Meador, Susan Emerson, and Mickey Paul, along with many loving family and friends. Mark graciously donated his remains to the UC Medical Program. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Sunday June 11th from 3-6 pm at Muehlenkamp-Erschel Funeral Home in Ft Thomas. A separate celebration will be held in Louisville KY at a future date. Mark was a bright shining light taken to soon from this world and will be missed by all that were touched by his kindness. He was one of a kind and made the world a more beautiful place by him being here. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in memory of Mark Paul.
