I am sorry to hear of Phil's passing. He was as genuine of a man as one could be. Was supportive of everything he was involved and believed in. My years at Losantiville Country Club were great years for me and one of the many reasons why was because of the Lois and Phil Cohen Family and their children and their families. You will be missed, Phil !

Lois I'm SO sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I will always remember his smiling face and his willingness to ALWAYS help us out when we needed a player. He will be missed by many. He was an amazing man!

I didnt know Phil very well. But it was enough time to get a picture of the man.
The first thing you notice is the friendliest smile, which you can still see on his son. He was always very nice, enthusiastic, and encouraging to me. He had a personal energy that was evident. He seemed very curious and adventurous. At least that was my perspective. I liked him. I think everyone did.
He treated all very well, regardless of their position. This is reflective of his fine character.
I think most of his business associates, friends, and family all think they were better off having known him. That is a pretty good outcome to a life.
My condolences,
Terry Benson

As a young man trading with Michelman Chemical, I was impressed with Mr. Cohen and his sense of fairness in his dealings. A very tough, but very fair businessman and Im sorry he has passed away. We need more Phil Cohens.
