Samantha Dixon Obituary
Samantha Lee Dixon, 28, passed away unexpectedly January 9, 2016 from an arteriovenous malformation (AVM). She was born in Cincinnati on April 21, 1987 the daughter of Jera Lee Cox and Daniel L. Dixon. Samantha was a 2005 graduate of Reading H.S. where she excelled at soccer. After graduation she went on to Georgetown College in Kentucky. She is survived by her parents; her sisters: Tara (Mike) Radomski and Jenna Dixon; her nephew Lucas and niece Annabel; her aunts: Jill Therrien and Jane (Les) McCaslin; ; her uncle Joel Cox; her cousin Teresa Therrien; her dear friend Rocky Smith and her cat "Spaz". A memorial service and a time to celebrate Samantha's life will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at First Unitarian Church in Cincinnati, 536 Linton St.Cincinnati at 2:00. Music will start at 1:30. Samantha always helped people in life, just as she did in death, by saving and healing the lives of others through organ and tissue donation.
