Stanley Beetem Obituary
Stanley Wayne Beetem, 69, of Erlanger, KY, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Mr. Beetem worked for Ryder Truck lines for many years and retired from Boone Co. Public works as a Road Inspector after 20 years. He was a member of Kentaboo Baptist Church, loved cookouts and was an avid model train collector. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Lela "Sue" Beetem of Erlanger, KY, sons, Jeff (Kim) Beetem of Independence, KY and Mike (Page) Beetem of Florence, KY, daughters, Marsha Brown of Louisville, KY, Holly (Rob) Turner of LaGrange, KY. He was preceded in death by his son, Tim and survived by daughter-in-law, Michelle Beetem of Independence, KY, brothers, Phil (Mary Ann) Beetem of Burlington, KY, Tom Beetem of Florence, KY, Barry (Connie) Beetem of Independence, KY and sister, Linda (Joe) Gamble of Florence, KY. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Family Funeral Homes, Erlanger. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 at 10am at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 1pm at Turner Station Cemetery in Henry Co., KY.
