William R. "Bill" Rinehart, 86, of Crestview Hills, Ky passed away at St Elizabeth Hospital, Ft Thomas, Ky on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. He leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Juanita (Wilson) Rinehart, also at the Baptist Village in Erlanger, KY. He is also survived by two children, son, Scott Rinehart (Anne) of Fairfield, OH and his daughter, Lynn Rinehart of Melbourne, FL. He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a sister Barbara Boyle (James) of Indianapolis, IN. Bill is an Army veteran where he served as a First Lieutenant. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in architecture. He was a partner in Fisk, Rinehart, Keltch, and Meyer. He contributed many architectural services to religious and charitable institutions throughout the Tri-State area. He was a member of St. Henry Church, past chairman of the Rosedale Manor Board of Directors, the NKU Newman Center Board of Directors, a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, a member of the St. Henry Choir for 30 years, and was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel. Bill won the Distinguished Service Award of the Kentucky Society of Architects in 1987. He was the principal architect for Rosedale Manor Nursing Home, J.E. Willett Treatment Center, the Covington Central Fire Station, St. Henry High School, the Catholic Center Offices in Erlanger, St. Patrick Church, Harrison County Middle School, Madonna Manor Nursing Home Additions, Florence Christian Church Additions, and Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger improvements. Visitation will be held at St Henry Church in Elsmere from 9am until 10am on Monday, February 1, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will follow and begin at 10am. Entombment will be at St. John Cemetery.
