Andrea Juliana Demolle "Dray" Sylve

Andrea "Dray" Juliana Demolle Sylve departed this life on Friday, January 15, 2021, in the comfort of her home in Point-A-La-Hache, LA., surrounded by her family and friends. She retired from Plaquemines Parish Government as an Emergency Medical Technician. She is the beloved wife of Eric Sylve Sr., mother of Dawn Sylve Smith (Larry) and Sheldon Sylve Sr., (Nina). Sister of Paulette Moiliere Williams, Lynette Roberson Harvey and Tori Demolle Etienne. Also left to cherish her memory are her 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Earline Cosse' Demolle and Ernell Demolle. Her son Eric "Big Red" Sylve Jr., and her brother Rodney Demolle. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at St. Thomas Catholic Church located at 17605 LA-15, Point-A-La-Hache, LA., at 1 p.m. The limited visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Father Sampson Abdulai officiating, and interment will follow at St. Thomas Catholic Church Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, everyone in attendance must wear a facemask or other proper facial covering, and practice social distancing.
