Carroll was one of the most hardworking, caring, loving people I´ve ever known. He loved all of his family and friends and was loved by so many. He especially loved the Lord and would also worship and praise him by being apart of the choir. He was never late to practice, as he would kiss my grandmother Agnes goodbye while heading out. He was quite the handy man too, if anything needed fixing or something needed to be built, he was definitely the man for it. R.I.P Carroll, Josh and I will forever love and miss you.

Mr.Carroll walk the walk.
A quiet powerful man who was engaged to better the world. Mr.Carroll was a long time active member of Branch 124 retirees..his involvement went beyond that organization as I was surprised when I found him working on former Senator Landrieu and on second thought...I shouldn't have been surprised as his quietness was his strength.
Rest In Power,Mr. Carroll, blessings to family and Ms.Agnes especially.
