I've often came in contact with people who's lives were touched by Judge Charles Elloie. These were a number of young attorneys as well as folk who were "positively" affected by his words or actions. After repeated incidents of the same,it came to mt attention that Judge Charles Elloie STILL LIVES within the lives he touched.
