Cheryl Ann Lemoine Garcia

Cheryl Ann Lemoine Garcia passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Emilio Cesar Garcia, Jr. Mother of Antionette Renee Grego Duplessis, and her husband, David Duplessis. Grandmother of Kara Duplessis and David Duplessis. Daughter of the late Jules Lemoine and the late Josephine Mitchell Lemoine. Sister of the late Jules Lemoine, Benita Lemoine Olivier, the late Shirley Lemoine, Richard Lemoine, Ronnie Lemoine and Larry Lemoine. Aunt of Shirley, Kenny, Justin, Cody and Kayla McCarthy. Mrs. Garcia was a beloved lifelong resident of Harahan and a graduate of Riverdale High School. She devoted most of her life to the service industry, working at Lenfant's, Felix's, Sammy's Steak and Lobster and Ye Old College Inn Restaurants. She was adorned and trusted by her clientele, coworkers, customers and established restaurant families who recognized for her talents of making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Soka Gakkai International, 1331 Prytania Street, New Orleans, LA on Sunday, 24, 2016, at 3:00 PM, followed by gathering.
