Clay Eubanks Obituary

Clay Littleton Eubanks, age 78 of Slidell, LA, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Northshore Hospital. He was a retired truck driver for Airco, Inc. and a Merchant Marine Veteran. He was a member of the Sumrall United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents: James Corbin Eubanks and Allie Taylor Eubanks; a sister, Donnie Ainsworth; and a brother, Travis Eubanks. Survivors include; his wife, Louise t. Eubanks of Slidell, LA; two daughters: Hanna Eubanks Cook of Sumrall, MS and Laura Sue Love of Lake Charles, LA; a son, Charles Clay Eubanks of Waveland, MS; four grandchildren: Whitney Cook Maegan Love, Chip and Caleb Eubanks; two sisters: Alyne Rudd, Semmes, AL and Doris Henderson, Lucedale, MS. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2007 at George County Funeral Home, Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Luucedale's Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Funeal Home. Rev. David Wilson of Sumrall, will officiate. Pallbearers: Jimmy Henderson, Larry Mergenschroer, Keith Hinton, Jake McElory, Roy Jenkins, Seren Ainsworth, Delwood Tanner and Mike Eubanks. Honorary pallbearers: Roland Holcomb, C.L. Fairley, Casper Mergenschroer, Olive Sharbrough and Will Alexander.
