Daniel Pastrana Obituary

Daniel Humberto Pastrana was born on November 1, 1979 and entered into heaven on Monday, April 15, 2024. He was a resident of Marrero, LA. He was the loving husband of Jessica Falcon Pastrana and the proud father of Giovanni, Julian, Sebastian and Jewell Pastrana. He lived a blessed life. His legacy of love, loyalty, passion, strength, faith, kindness, integrity, family, pride, and presence will continue with their children. He was the beloved son-in-law of Timothy Falcon and Jewell Cuccia Falcon and brother-in-law of Jarrett (Heather), Cameron (Blaire) and Brennan (Morgan) Falcon. Son of Sandra Williams Pastrana and the late Oscar Pastrana and brother of Scott (Sheila) Pastrana. Daniel is preceded by his grandparents Paul and Manuela Pastrana, Zolia and Charles Williams and grandparents-in-law Louis and Jewell Cuccia and Delores and Carroll Falcon. He is survived by a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends. He attended St. Joseph Catholic School, Immaculate Conception Catholic School, Fisher High School, Louisiana State University and Middle Tennessee State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree. He was the proud owner and general contractor of Daniel Pastrana Construction. He was a sports enthusiast, earned a black belt in karate, was a member of the Metairie and LSU flag football leagues and the Fisher Gator High School Football Team. He was the Champion Coach of his three sons, many friends at PARD playground and St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic school. To know him was to love him. We will always cherish our beautiful, blessed life. He loved his wife, boys and sweet princess. He was an amazing husband, father, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, godfather, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend and coach. His love, dedication, devotion, faith, family, friends, God, and the Blessed Mother will carry us through. Daniel leaves an incredible everlasting touch on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was our constant calm, kindest love and the most gracious man in our lives. He will forever live on in our hearts. Friends and family are invited to attend Funeral Service on Friday, May 3 at St. John Bosco Catholic Church, 2114 Oakmere Drive, Harvey, LA 70058. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm. Mass will begin at 4:30 pm. Interment will follow immediately at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Ave., Gretna, LA 70056.
