Donald Richard Gros

Donald Richard Gros, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the age of 34. Sadly, he was joined in death by his loving girlfriend, Jennifer Magee. He is devoted father of Nicholas and Christopher Gros. Donald is beloved son of Donna Winters Thiebaud and Kenneth Gros Sr. He is loving brother of Kenneth Gros Jr (Rachael), Bonnie Griffin ( Donald), Stephen Bedwell ( Madonna), Annie Leger (Kevin) and Kegan Thiebaud. He is grandson of Meriam and Joseph Steinkamp and Carol and Dewitt Bedwell. He is great grandson of Lelia Pichoff. He is nephew of Jeanne and Philip Orgeron and Dr. Linda Coyle. He is uncle of Kenneth Gros III, Payton Gros, Malcolm Gros, Isabella Griffin, Donald Griffin II, Bella-Donna Bedwell, Kevin Leger Jr, Ally Leger and Kendall Leger. He is close cousin of Trisha Thibodeaux (Calley Sorrell), Joshua Jewell and Conner Jewell. Always the loyal friend, Donald will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was an EKG Technician and Phlebotomist at Tulane University Medical Center. A true animal lover, he was most passionate about reptiles. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Saturday, June 24, 2017 beginning at 12:00 Noon followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Audubon Zoo or to the family for establishment of a Memorial Fund for Donald's surviving children.
