Donald Marshall Sr.

Donald Marshall, Sr. departed this life on Monday, July 10, 2023 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Alfreda M. Marshall. Loving son of the late Agnes Freeman Marshall and Ernest J. Marshall. Devoted father of Donald Marshall, Jr., Maya Marshall, Earl S. Scott, and the late Doniece Marshall. Brother of Edna Jefferson (Willie), Clara Washington (late Preston), Dianne Cosey (William) and the late Clarence Lamb, Agnes Williams, and Johnny Johnson, III. Donald is also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Donald accepted Christ at an early age. He was baptized at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church by the late Pastor Arthur Monday, Sr. Donald graduated from Oliver Perry Walker High School. He attended BOT Training for Tuboscope and later worked there for over 6 years. He was employed at the Crescent City Moving and Storage Company as a truck driver by Coastal for over 8 years. Donald enjoyed being with family and friends as well as fishing and watching sports. To know Donald was to love him.
