Zebulon
Durwood Gene Lyon, 64, of Zebulon, NC, has passed after a prolonged illness with COPD. Gene was born in Wake County to Harry Clay Lyon and Ruth Vivian Arnold. He is survived by his wife, Shelli Dean Lyon, sisters, Faye Lyon Graham of Lexington, Leslie Lyon of Cary and several nephews and nieces.
The family is having a celebration of Gene's life, Sunday, July 30th at 5:00 p.m. at the Zebulon Recreational Area 1002 Dogwood Drive, Zebulon, N.C.
