Edward Karkor Dakessian

DAKESSIAN Edward Karkor Dakessian EDWARD DAKESSIAN passed away Wednesday the 27th of November. Beloved husband to Vera Dakessian and devout father to Krikor, Lousi and Hovsep Dakessian. He was surrounded by love when he passed away peacefully, with his family and friends by his bedside in Kenner, LA at age 75. He is survived by countless relatives including sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews from all around the world. Well respected and active member of his community, Edward will be missed dearly for his warmth, sincerity and his generosity. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services to be held at St Garabed Armenian Apostolic Church, located at 6208 FLORIDA BLVD, BATON ROUGE, LA 70806 on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 12:30 PM. Father Tateos Abdalian will officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral services at the church after 11:00 AM until 12:30. Interment will follow in St. Garabed Cemetery under the directions of Rabenhorst Funeral Home.
