Edward Joseph Nuss, Sr. on Sunday, December 8, 2002. Age 75 years. Husband of Williemae Foss Nuss. Son of the late Edward and Florence Nuss. Father of Edward Joseph Nuss, Jr. Father-in-law of Nicole Nuss. Step-father of Charlotte Wood Stanosek. Brother of Doris Barthel and the late "Bobby" Nuss. Grandfather of Morgan and Amanda Nuss. Step-grandfather of Bridget Choppin and Heather, Cristie and Sherrye Borgstede. Step great-grandfather of Bailey Choppin and Cristopher and Caleb Borgstede. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery), on Saturday, December 14, 2002 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Saturday morning from 11:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Orleans Chapter, 1040 Calhoun Street, New Orleans, La. 70118, preferred.
