Edward Pinner Obituary

PINNER Edward Killeen Pinner, Sr., Attorney-at-Law for over 50 years, former Assistant District Attorney for Orleans Parish, former member of New Orleans Police Department, Graduate of Tulane Law School, and World War II Air Force Veteran, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2006. After graduating from Tulane Law School, he served an internship with the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is survived by his wife, Althea Darmana Pinner; seven children, Althea P. Taylor, Edward K., Jr., Richard B., Thomas K., Michael D., David W. and Ronald K. Pinner; one sister, Katherine Graham; four brothers, Clay, William, James and Raymond Pinner. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mr. Pinner, age 81, was a native and longtime resident of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell, LA for the past 9 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of the temporary location of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home (Lamana-Panno-Fallo, 1717 Veterans Memorial Blvd. at Bonnabel Blvd., Metairie, LA on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Interment will be in St. Louis #3 Cemetery. Guest book may be signed on line at www.legacy,com.
