My condolence to the entire Carter Family from Roy and Pamela Sevalia. God sent us an Angel. Mrs. Ethel Carter was truly an Angel here on Earth. Everyone she encountered with her warm loving smile and heart were touched and instantly went away as better people. I am a better person because of her love. The way is loved was poured into her entire family. She truly lived how God commanded us to Love our Neighbors as we loved ourselves. She loved with a big heart for all to see. She openly gave her love for everyone to receive. She left us a love legacy for all to strive to do the same. Rest in peace thy good and faithful servant of the Lord!
Much Love to entire family!!!

I see nothing to be sad about here, This is truly a celebration of life Ms Ethel got to see her legacy grow right before her eyes and looked ever so graceful while doing so,this is the long Jevity of a life we all inspire to have, I say let´s celebrate her legacy instead of mourning she truly deserves it
