i am deeply grieved by the news of anne's passing and i extend my deepest sympathy to her sons and her love, dan bode. anne was one of the most important people in my life and had an enormous influence on me. aside from the love and guidance she gave me, we had such great fun and so many happy times. what a woman! brilliant, beautiful, accomplished, adored ...oh my god, how lucky i was to have known her and have her friendship. i'll always miss her. i love you, anne. gail stilwell

ED ELKIN HERE ON MAUI. Jeff called me with the news of Anne's passing for which I am grateful. Although we never spent much time together, we loved each other dearly and it was and is an honor to know her. I visited once and offered a Spiritual Gestalt training in New Orleans some years ago. My fondest memory however, was the time that she and I and Stevanne Auerbach shared a Renaissance Fair day
which was truly one of the highest days of my life. We kept in touch by
e-mail and phone over the years and I am delighted to be able to

Anne Teachworth was a dear and wonderful friend over many decades. It was a pleasure to share and exchange with her on our visits to New Orleans or her trips to California. She will be greatly missed by her family-- and by all of her friends. She was one of a kind. A talented therapist, and author, and most of all a wonderful human being.

Dearest Anne, Our relationship began 47 years ago when I was but 19 yo. - We have shared so many roles through these years, friends, mentor,colleagues. Anne's wisdom and grace touched many as I witnessed in her workshop, "The Kitchen Table", last spring. I know she is blessed with many loving souls who are embracing her from this world and beyond. She will truly be missed by many. I am grateful to have been influenced by her work and spirtuality.

I am forever grateful to Anne Teachworth for all that I had learned from her about Psychogenetics and Gestalt Therapy way back in 2002-2003. Her legacy will be in the hearts and minds of individuals and married couples who were helped by her published book "Wy Do We Pick the Mates We Do?" and who had attended my retreat seminars abut the said subject.

Our condolences to Anne's family members.
One time during a dinner in Montreal, Anne told us that she opened the door of the next world during a childbirth. She decided at that moment to come back in our world to take care of her sons, her mission was not finished. Now, we are sure that she passed the way with serenity because her mission in this world has been closed with “grande distinction�. This lovely “cousine� from Louisiana was so generous and optimistic that she was a model for us.
The first time that we met her in 2002, it was in genealogical trip in Louisiana after she contacted our Association trying to find the line to her ancestor Joseph St-Cyr established in Pointe Coupée in 1750. She gave us a lovely reception that will stay in our heart forever.
Our sincere sympathies to her sons and families, her companion Daniel and her cousin Barbara Foster who gave us information about the last battle of Anne.

Another glorious spirit leaves this earthly world and moves on to an even higher level. Her physical presence will be missed but her amazing smile will always live in the hearts of everyone she touched, including mine. My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Anne Teachworth. I had met Anne a few times in association with Mark Trocchi of Association Book Exhibit and his work in New Orleans. She was a wonderful example of a true Southern Lady and I know will be missed by many. RIP Anne.

I had the awesome opportunity to work alongside Ms. Anne as an intern student from Southern University. She was a great teacher,counselor and most of a great friend. We had so much in common and shared many laughs as well as tears and I will truly, truly miss her.

I am bereft. Anne was my best collegial friend and one of my best three 'girlfriends.' To say I will miss her is not enough. I will carry her spirit with me into the future. I will carry her message of 'evolving relationships' into all the teaching and counseling I do world wide. Anne will be missed. She counseled my husband and I when we were "dating" in 1999. We stayed at her apartment in the quarter. She helped us greatly.
I had just visited with her by email and she told me of her cancer. I did not know she had been suffering so long with it. I contacted her to inform her that my husband of 10 years had died of a sudden massive stroke in March 2010. May their spiritsmeet and laugh together.
