MOORE Jesse Moore, a retired longshoreman, departed this life on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the age of 89. Husband of the late Ida Mae Sholes; Son of the late Lawson Moore and Grace Stevenson; Father of Michael (Katherine), Bruce (Rose), Ronald and Lisa Moore, Delores Williams of Houston, TX, Cynthia Bates, Donna (Kevin) Miller and the late Jesse Moore, Jr.; Brother of the late Mary Ford, C. G., Alfred, Alex, Fleming, Abe, Edward, Willie and Anna Moore; Brother in law of Roosevelt (Annette) Underwood of Baker, LA, Thomas (Cheran) Underwood of Wilson, LA, Ruby Jarrell of Ethel, LA and Hilder Wilson of Slaughter, LA; Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of Deliverance MBC, Greater St. Stephen FGBC and Gideon Christian Fellowship are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Deliverance Missionary Baptist Church, 6122 Hayne Blvd., on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 10:00 am; Visitation will begin at 9:00 am; Pastor Jessie C.
