Kathy and I met travelling (in search of polar bears) and afterwards we went to a number of places together. She was the best travel buddy I could ask for. She often brought the groups together for side adventures and we were always grateful that she found them and included us. Our last two trips were cancelled due to the pandemic. Later as we rescheduled them she became ill. We still kept in touch through it all. I enjoyed our conversations (although she did most of the talking!!!) I will miss her dearly but know she's in a better place. Please accept my condolences to her family and friends.

Kathy will certainly be missed by me and many others that worked and volunteered with her for many years at New Orleans International Airport (MSY). RIP Kathy, you were a very positive inspiration to all of us.
