Lamont Anton Smith passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 50. Lamont is survived by his mother Sondra Myles Mullen, family friend, Bobby Green, brother, Demarius Smith, aunts: Cassandra Jean Thomas, Illona Catherine Smith, Doris Blanchard, Mary Myles, Burnetta Moore and, Kim Dupart, and uncles: Reginald Smith and Burnell Hall, Jr. Survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by Ernest and Lillian Beauty Smith, Newell J. Smith, Burnell, Sr. and Margie Hall, Gregory Mullen, Alfred Moore, Edgar, Warren Sr. & Jr., Aaron, & Jeffery Myles, Leron Smith, and Samuel & Gwendolyn London. Family and friends are invited to the Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, March 23, 2023, for 10:00 a.m. at Household of Faith Family Worship Church International, 2074 Paxton Street, Harvey, LA. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Pastor Antione M. Barriere, officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 4000 Norman Meyer Ave., New Orleans, LA.
