Ernestine and Families,
My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to you and your families during your time of sorrow. Mr. Leo was a kind and loving person. He was a pillar of strength and support to his family and community. I have known all of you for so many years, and each of you possess the beautiful quality of your father's generous and loving heart.
My fondest memory of Mr. Leo was when he painted with my dad in the 60's. Both of our dads worked two jobs because they had six children to care and provide for. They were hardworking and loving fathers.
Ernestine, my thoughts and prayers will continue for you for improved health and comfort. May God bless and keep you in His care.
May your faith give you strengh and your fond memories comfort all of you during this difficult time.
God Bless!

I worked with Mr. Leo at Shell many years ago. He was a mentor for me in the early years of my career, and I will always remember his great sense of humor. I feel very blessed to have known Mr. Leo, as he had a positive impact to my life and others around me at Shell.

My dad had a question that he asked his sons and daughter many times throughout our lives, "What are you a philosopher or a panosopher?" He would ask this question when we thought that we knew more than him or when we thought that we knew more than we actually did know. The message from such a question was that you had a lot to learn but learn something every day and you may become that philosopher someday. I don't know if I will ever become the philosopher that he was, the "Philosopher of Fatherhood." He truly was the best. I love you DAD? I will think of you every day. LOVE, Michael, Tessa and family
